PositiveMy wife is staying in the Life Care Center of Sierra Vista for rehab. They have physical and occupational therapy. The staff is very nice. Her room is adequate. Sometimes the food is really good, and sometimes it's not so good.
★★★★★
PositiveUnderstaffed but the caregivers who are there are wonderful. It's an older building but we were grateful my dad had his own room.
★★★★★
CriticalI'd give zero stars if I could! My moms boyfriend was sent there after a stint in the hospital for a few weeks. He's terminal. He couldn't walk, dress himself or go to the bathroom. Rather than applying for long term care they sent him home to my mother who is on oxygen 24/7, has fibro & we told them repeatedly that she couldn't care for him. I am already HER part time caregiver. He got home last night, my mom ended up in the ER this morning & he fell & the fire department had to go …

CriticalMy father was there for rehab this place was awful in caring for him I'm not saying all employees but most his call light never worked in tell we complained I'm so glad my father had a short stay some of the employees there act like its a bother to do a job they are getting paid for one day they will get old and need someone to care for them
★★★★★

Everyone we walked past would greet us with huge smiles and vibrant attitudes. He mattered to them as much as he mattered to me! My family thank you Life Care Center of Sierra Vista!!!!
★★★★★

The nursing staff, who is 24/7 was very prompt and thankfully very patient with us as we asked our slew of questions. Teresa M from the therapy department was amazing and the fact that there's tailored therapy plans for each resident is a blessing. We were reluctant to use an assisted facility for my loved one's rehabilitation, but we couldn't have chosen a safer and more…
