PositiveLittleton Care and Rehab is a GEM in the littleton community. The building is beautifully unkept, the staff are extremely kind, and the therapists and nurses are some of the best that I’ve seen. The management team is constantly checking in with patients and family members, and patients and family members are always kept informed about all care provided. CriticalIf it was an option to give this facility NO stars, I would. All of the other poor reviews are VERY accurate, so read closely. Do NOT take your loved ones here if you are expecting for them to have the appropriate care they deserve. The facility itself has a very institutional feel to it and is very run down.
