CriticalThis deplorable, dirty, moldy place should have been shut down years ago. Everything that the reviews said about Carolina is a Lie!!!! PositiveMy mother came to this facility on Hospice care in March of 2024 having spent over one month in a local hospital. While in the hospital she had many pressure wounds along with advanced dementia. She was not ambulatory and required someone to feed her as she had extreme arthritis in both hands. She did not progress while in the hospital. I was advised that I needed to find an assisted living facility.
