Loyalhanna Senior Suites & Personal Care is a very nice place. Mom is in personal care. Her room's huge and has a very big bathroom. When you go down the halls, you're almost like at a hotel. Their dining area is really big and friendly, and they have a sitting area where it looks like you could pull up and have a cocktail if you wanted. Wonderful place to live. Employees are very nice and residents are too. Very clean and great meals. Plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.

This facility was so very well organized, so caring and compassionate. A family member was there for skilled nursing/physical rehabilitation. He received the best of care, encouragement and was treated respectfully. The staff was awesome, they answered all questions they kept him comfortable and I felt very safe leaving him in their hands when it was time to leave. Loyalhanna Personal Care

The person who wrote the review about the place attempting to be clean and the people in the wheelchairs depressing could not be more than wrong. The place is always clean. The house cleaning team work very hard to keep it that way. The people in wheelchairs are in them because they cannot use walkers and need to be in wheelchairs. There is nothing depressing about it. This community looked clean and well taken care of when we toured it. The people we met were nice. This community seems to have a lot of nice common areas and activities. I would recommend taking a look to see if this community would work for you or your loved one.

I visited this facility

I’m pleased with Loyalhanna Senior Suites and Personal Care so far. It was a new facility that was kept very clean and well decorated. My mom has a studio apartment with a bathroom. She is happy with the food. When I went and spoke with the administrator and the director of nursing, I could see that the things that I asked to be done were being followed up on. They assuaged my concerns.
