CriticalLutheran Life Villages on Anthony Blvd., Fort Wayne,IN The Director of the Dietary dept., needs to be fired. She has no clue on how to manage a healthcare facility. The menus is very repetitive. She doesn’t listen to the residents complaints at the resident council meetings. The residents don’t care for the soups. My mom has said that this director keeps saying menus are going to change with new dishes. Yet to happen. Christmas dinner last year was a disaster! Everything seems to be getting worse and worse. I stayed short term at Lutheran Life Villages Pine Valley, Fort Wayne, IN. I would give this center a zero if possible. Do not send a love one here if they have food allergies or special dietary needs. I do not eat pork they knew this on initial interview. Even after complaining about being served pork after the third time they continued to ignore me and served me pork a total of 7 times in a 12 day stay. I was unable to take care of myself the first night of getting out of the hospital and they did not respond to …
