CriticalThe care is terrible here. Don’t bring your loved one here unless you want them to get incredibly worse and have a quicker death! My grandma had a fall that led her to this facility to see physical therapy and have pain management. She was only there for 2 weeks and was given a UTI from lack of care which led to her confusion (she was completely with it prior to this all) the nurses thought she had dementia and the confusion was normal for her even though we insisted it wasn’t. She had multiple falls in the facilit…

CriticalJust picked up my mom today. She fell out of bed numerous times. The facility did nothing to PREVENT falls. UTI infection as she was often left to sit or lie in her own filth. Do not bring your parent here under any circumstance unless you want them to die sooner than they should.
★★★★★
CriticalSocial Worker Lisa does not call anyone back! Short staffed so patients are sitting in dirty diapers constantly and getting UTI infections.

PositiveMy friend is in Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Sayville. Gigi who works at the front desk is a really nice young lady and really responsible. She always cheers me up when I go see my really sick friend. I always see Gigi mingling with the customers, with the people, and with the residents. She's a really good person. There's a bunch of people there that are good. When I walk in there, I get good vibes. It's good, and it's clean. Everybody's friendly. They know me. There are no problems…

CriticalIf I could give zero stars I would. If you want your family member to deteriorate slowly. This is for their long term care. They have no compassion for the patients, they do not care about them or care for them. from aides all the way up to the directors of each department. They have no heart, no compassion, no empathy, leave patients uncared for for hours, no one around when you need them. front desk at times can be empty for over an hour. If you do not advocate for your family member they will not either. And whe…
