PositiveVery friendly staff
We toured four assisted living facilities in San Antonio and liked this one best, for my 101 year old mother. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The food in the dining room seems to be very good with different selections every day. Mom has only been there one month, but so far we are very happy with Lynridge.

CriticalThey are very understaffed. Room for wasn't cleaned for over two weeks. Antiquated communication system. Went without call aid for 5 days. Once in Hospice Dad had 3 to 4 falls out of bed and they never reported it or called Hospice as required.

I would give it 5 stars, except [name removed] said some of the meals are unappetizing and scheduled therapy sessions are not consistent. The quality of meals could be better. Green soup doesn't look appealing. Tough meat sometimes is served. Lynridge has great daily activities for residents.

We're in the process of hiring movers to move my sister to Lynridge of San Antonio. It's a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are nice-sized. The kitchenette is a nice size with several cabinets. Also, the bathroom is spacious. It has a very large vanity with drawers and shelves on either side. The shower in particular has a seat right next to the water faucet, and the shower head connects right next to it, so it's really convenient for someone who has difficulty standing and showering. …

I told two friends about this facility and they loved it and became residence here. [name removed] my client loves this facility. All the activities that go on and the food. he truly enjoys the outside garden plus the different outings that they take them to.
