The family has been very pleased with choosing Madison Heights for mom. They have a great group of people taking care of her in the memory care center. She has outings outside the facility scheduled every week to attend…movies lunches etc. she seems very happy with her new home and the people that surround and support her.

After touring the Madison Heights facility with the head management I knew this was the place for my mother. Since then she has gained some weight. She looks really good really healthy and is out doing activities with a the other personnel in the facility. I'm really pleased with the choice that we've made. Everybody is very friendly and very professional.

The rooms are a decent size with plenty of room. You bring all the furniture that is required. The facility does not supply that. Nor do they supply personal care items such as shampoo or soap. It's very clean and the houses ( I think there are 4?) are updated and really pretty. They have activities during the day such as painting and singing and what not during the week. Beverly the caregiver is awesome sauce. Also [name removed], the activities director is awesome sauce. [name removed] was very helpful and letting us into the home. The room is large size. The environment is like living in a home does not feel uncomfortable entertainment all the time great place.
