PositiveWe visited Magnolia Glen. I thought the people were very friendly. The lady who took us around gave us a lot of information. We like the staff. They seemed friendly, too. It was a little older than some of the other places, but it was clean and nice.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured Magnolia Glen. I liked the cleanliness of the facility. The room is pretty normal size, not too big or too small. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I like best about Magnolia Glen is the staff and the rooms.

Critical[name removed] the Line Cook supervisor will never be a real chef, he's just in charge of line cooks who scoop food on a plate. This obese, infertile, man is a bully who would insult the Black female servers because he was racist. Hes bitter because his reproductive organs DONT WORK, so he had to adopt a child from overseas LOL! He picked up potato croquettes OFF THE FLORR and still served them to the residents. He wold also talk crap about how dirty the African (female) line cook was. What a bigoted slob! I hope t…

PositiveMy father is in Magnolia Glen. He seems to have gotten a lot better. He was OK and then he had a stroke and they wouldn't let him stay there without the nursing care. He's in assisted living. We have hired private nurses. It's a nice place in a nice wooded area. I haven't been to the meals, but I hear they have great meals. I can only say good things about it. My dad always brags about how good the food is. The staff is nice. They helped me figure out why he wasn't getting his newspaper. Th…

PositiveExcellent choice ... my loved one is not the easiest to deal with and they are very patient with her. We picked this community because my loved one, has extremely low vision. The lighting was good and they had a low vision group that meets monthly. Plus Assisted Living residents can participate in any activities including in the Independent Living Community.

PositiveMy family and I have been very pleased with the care our mother and brother got at MG. Our mother was in independent living and our brother was in assisted living. They would both still be there had it not been for the decline of my mother’s cognitive decline. We had to move her to a facility with memory care… We all highly recommend MG!
