I would give them a 4. They stretched the truth a little on the one on one care. Also, Staff did not manage the petty theft from fellow residents. Privacy in the rooms was intermittent, but they were friendly and did a great job with activities, hygiene and overall cleanliness.

My dad and I are very happy with Magnolia and the staff. He likes [name removed] and has a good rapport with other staff members and some of his friends who also stay here. He enjoys going to the dining room to see people and likes the food. I had a very great experience watching the caregivers and seeing how they care for the residence, I was analyzing and watching one of the workers she took my heart away by the way she took her time and helped and made sure the residence was safe like she was part of their family. I believe her name was [name removed]! I hope that if my mother stays there, I believe the employees would do the same because that is what looking for! When I’m not there someone like Family can be!

Wonderful staff

The staff were wonderful to my mom, especially the hospice people. I just wish they'd have kept her room a little neater. Every time I came by she was asking me to pick up for her.

We both enjoyed the tour. All my questions were answered. The workers were very friendly. The people living there also seemed very happy and enjoying themselves.
