CriticalCurrent rehab patient and you will be treated as a resident regardless. You will be scrutinized for issues above and beyond the medical issue you're in rehab for. They will try to force a diet on you and change your routine to suit their needs not yours. This was not my first choice but my primary placed me here so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I have no doubt now. You, or your loved ones, would be better served passing on this option if you can.

CriticalCurrently staying as a rehab patient and I would advise anyone considering placement here, for any reason, to rethink their decision. Even rehab patients are treated as residents and subjected to scrutiny not remotely related to your issue. If you have the cognitive ability you will be forced to stand up for your patient rights.

PositiveThey deserve 5 stars in my opinion. They have taken very good care of my mom on two different occasions and my Mom just loves everyone there. I can call Erica in the office and check on mom anytime and it I'm very grateful to her and the staff!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

PositiveI visited a friend at Magnolia Square Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. It was clean when I walked in. The nurses and staff that came in when I was visiting my friend were very friendly and very nice. I was actually in her room and this was before COVID, but that was about all I saw. I didn't see any food because it wasn't at lunchtime or anything. When you walk in it, it smelled clean and was clean. The staff was nice and I walked in unannounced. I was a visitor. I only saw her twice, but I didn't …

PositiveI've chosen Magnolia Square Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for my husband. I thought it was very neat and clean, nothing smelled, and it looked like there was enough staff there for the residents. I was very impressed and that's why my husband is going to be moving there next week. The communication has been pretty good. The room I saw was the type he would be in, it wasn't very clean, but they're working on it. It was a one-bedroom apartment. I looked at a sample menu and it looked pretty go…

PositiveMy mother was well cared for and treated with dignity and respect for the last weeks of her life at Magnolia Square. During the pandemic, we were allowed "compassion visits," since my mother was terminally ill. Erica was a joy to encounter at the front office. She was excellent at coordinating the visits and bringing my mother, when she was able, to the "Parlor" visiting area. The Parlor was a separate, homelike area of the facility, which allowed us to cry, pray, and sing without bothering any …
