PositiveI've moved into Majestic Care Connersville. It's independent living, which means that we don't get the same services that the skilled care buildings do. The one-bedroom apartments are wonderful, good- sized, and comfortable. I would gladly say anybody that wanted to do independent living, please come. It's just one building and it's quiet and you don't have anybody above or below you. Everybody is nice to you. Nobody bothers you. It's peaceful. It's gorgeous and you can decor…

PositiveMy mother's at Majestic Care Connersville. It's clean and well taken care of. They have service available to the people there, so they're not there alone. If they need help, there's help available if something goes wrong. The person who assisted me during the tour was very helpful. She was very informative and understanding. I liked working with her. She was very helpful in trying to find a solution. My mother likes the food. She's been there for a few weeks now, and she enjoys the food the…

PositiveThe care that Majestic Care (Lincoln Center) for my husband is good. His room is always clean, and the bed is always made. From what I have seen, the food seems good. He doesn't participate in the activities much, but they try to get him to do cornhole in his chair and read him crosswords and stuff to try and get him to answer. So far I like it the best of any of the senior communities. They have an outside facility where they can plant things, and go out there in the summertime. I think they are very caring a…

PositiveThe staff was amazing and really seemed to care about the people living there. There was not only physical therapy, but art therapy as well. They tried really hard to make the residents feel as if they belonged. They had picnics and parties where family members were invited. The nurses took special care to make sure that my grandmother had everything she needed to feel comfortable. It was an Alzheimer's unit, so it was very important that the staff was caring and helpful.

PositiveIt's a comfortable, warm facility in a very rural area. I always felt at ease whenever visiting my relatives there, it was never an uneasy, hospital feeling. My grandmother had a series a of strokes, which rendered her unable to speak, so they made her as comfortable as possible. Grandfather had a series of cardiac episodes, again, they kept him as comfortable as possible up to the very end. My great aunt's decline was quick and unfortunate, but as she was already familiar with the facilities (my grandfat…

PositiveWhen my grandma wasn't able to take care of herself anymore we had no choice but to move her into a nursing home. We looked at several, but Lincoln Centers was the only one that made us feel like she would not only be taken care of, but befriended. It was, and is, important to us that she feel like she's with family. It was a very hard decision, but the staff at this nursing home is incredible. I've gotten to know a lot of the residents, and I don't know any that want to leave. I'm very tha…
