On my first day there my new bed was delivered by a maintenance person as I needed one upon arriving and the state of wa. was considerate enough to supply me one. The bed came to my room needing assembly and as soon as it was delivered the maintenance person was attempting to scurry away when I stopped her and asked i was going to at least need help or have it assembled for me and was told she was going to have to ask permission for that. I visited this facility

I toured Maplewood Gardens and it was very nice. I liked it. The rooms were clean and nice. I saw a studio apartment where the bed was in the same room as the kitchen and everything. The staff that I met were nice. They were doing a painting class the day I was there, and it looked like it was fun. They have a bus that goes out for activities once a week.

My mother has moved into Maplewood Gardens. They've been very helpful. What I like about it had a lot to do with finances. My mom didn't have a lot to put into her assistance, so the cost was a big factor. Also, this is a very nice facility, and we heard good things about it. Her room is very nice. They went out of their way to give her one of the larger rooms, so it's very nice. It's in an older neighborhood, so there are well-established trees and the landscaping is nice. very positive changes

Maplewood has had several changes over the past few years with the most recent change being in November 2018. The new owners and new director are much more responsive and are putting money into the building. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The receptionist is very pleasant and welcoming. The residents are happy and involved in activities. The prices are affordable and there is plenty to do for people. I would encourage others to take a look at Maplewood if they are looking for placement for their loved one…

This place isn't fit for a hard core criminal. The food is horrible. Houeskeeping is basically non existent. You rarely see any nurses or NACS. Its like walking into a vacant house. Everytime I come in the office is closed. Trying to set up an appointment is like pulling teeth. Please do not send your loved ones here.

My husband lived in Maplewood Gardens for three months. It was average. It was an older building, and it was OK. The staff was nice. They do the ladies' nails, and they sit and listen to music. They also have computers.
