Overall experience

Overall, Masalon Personal Care Home is an excellent place to place your love ones. My love one was always clean and happy. They provided 3 nutrition meals each day. They made sure that my love ones medicine was taken on schedule.

My loved one was previously a resident at Masalon Personal Care Home and the entire experience at this facility was terrible. My loved one was hospitalized after two days of being at this place. I would not recommend Masalon Personal Care Home to anyone. My loved one is alert x4 and had the worst experience at this place.

Overall it is very good.

The staff is very friendly. Whenever there is an issue that needs my attention they call me right away. My brother seems very happy and content under their supervision. Whenever I arrive to visit everything seems to be in order.
