As a volunteer at Mayo Healthcare, I consistently feel respected and appreciated by staff across all departments. It's nice to see how much the residents love their home and the variety of activities offered. They are always engaged and actively living their lives. The facility is impeccably clean, which speaks volumes about the care and attention given to the residents. I recommend Mayo to anyone seeking rehabilitation, long-term care, or residential care. The commitment to resident well-being is evident, and I am…

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my family has received at Mayo Healthcare. My grandmother was there for rehabilitation, and later, both my father and grandmother spent their final moments at Mayo. The compassion and dedication of the staff made all the difference during these challenging times. When my father was nearing the end of his life, the employees at Mayo went above and beyond to ensure his wishes were fulfilled, allowing him to be with my mother, who resides there due to Alzheime…

Myself and my family were beyond impressed with Mayo Healthcare. The administrative staff is kind and knowledgable. The nursing staff is quick to respond and thourough. The facility is clean and bustling with good energy. My father was able to feel at home which is what mattered most. Having experienced other healthcare facilities that were appalling, Mayo is truly a shining star.

The staff at Mayo went above and beyond accommodating our family during an especially difficult time with my father towards the end of his life. The nursing staff was incredible; their true caring and expertise were evident from the moment we arrived. The administrators took care of coordinating with insurance companies, the VA, and our team of doctors, taking a huge load off us and allowing us to concentrate on spending quality time with family instead of constantly navigating a difficult to understand medical sys…

Critical

I would not recommend this nursing home as the care my mother received was poor. She was blind and they said they would have someone sit with her when she ate and they did not. The food was horrible. It’s like they opened up a can of soup and added twice the amount of water as an example. On several occasions while visiting my on her roommate needed help and the staff would just ignore her. Really sad.
