I can’t say enough about the staff at the Anthem location. We moved my mother in quite quickly and were there every step of the way to help us make it a smooth transition. Everybody has been so welcoming and helpful in making this easier for my mom. From the people in operations to the staff in the restaurant I can’t thank you enough. Everyone seems to really love what they do and have the residents needs as their number one priority.

I visited this facility

My tour at Merrill Gardens at Anthem was very nice and very informative. They showed me the dining room and the various recreation rooms, and different places they had where you could go for activities. The apartments were a little smaller than I wanted, but they were fine. If I were gonna move, I would look at a two-bedroom. The staff was very nice. I saw the pool, and the area around it was nice. The activity rooms were set up very pleasantly, and the dining room looked more homey than a restaurant.

Last summer ([date removed]) Merrill Gardens Anthem interviewed my dad for about 5 minutes or so and declined him to their memory care unit (saying he "didn't meet their criteria") to live there and then interviewed my step mom for 30 minutes and accepted her into assisted living. Since then, they have been separated and in a state of decline in separate states. My stepmom calls me regularly in the evenings lonely and crying that she misses my dad horribly and my dad wanders around asking if anyone has seen his bel…

Mom is very happy with her decision to live at Merrill Gardens. She feels well taken care of and everyone, the residents and staff are welcoming and friendly. It is a nice size, large enough to have good activities but not so many people that a person can't get to know or at least recognize most of the other residents.

My parents moved into Merrill Gardens at Anthem. It is close to family. It's clean, and the care workers know the residents by name. The food is first class and they can choose what they want to eat in each and every meal. The fees are comparable with other four or five-star care facilities. Excellent Place For Mom

Very happy with her care there. I no longer need to worry if she is being taken care of. My burden is so much less. Very friendly and helpful staff. Facility is clean and well kept. I would for sure recommend Merrill Gardens at Anthem, best decision I ever made!
