PositiveI toured Milestone Senior Living Woodruff. It's very new. It's very clean. It operates pretty well. I have known several people who were there for assisted living, so it's good. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are nice, large enough for two people.

Mom is at peace where she is at and continues to make progress in being a part of new people and her living conditions.My mother asked for a door to lead out to a patio, the view of a lake, and a room for her art supplies. Tall order, but Milestone met every single one of those needs. The staff is friendly quick to respond any questions, and very conscientious about the needs of those in assisted living. PositiveOverall I think it is a really great place and I would absolutely recommend them. The biggest complaint is the food, she does not like it at all. The vegetables are hard and it makes it tough to chew. Same thing with most of the meat. The deserts maybe only a quarter of the time are good. The food is something that definitely needs improvements.

PositiveMilestone Senior Living has been great. They do exceptional on their activities, [name removed] who is the activities director handles that and they do music, movies, games, etc. and she has just been phenomenal. The staff seem in tune with everyone's needs and we always see smiling faces when we go to visit. Mom is happy and being well taken care of which is all we can ask for. So far it has been a great experience for our family.

The staff was caring and professional, and always treated mom with the upmost dignity at all times. PositiveThis is a nice community for my father's care.We liked the staff who nice and caring.I like knowing that he was happy with the care here from the nice staff. The had a nice variety of meals that he seems to be happy with.There are activities for the residents who want to participate. We would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one.
