I visited this facility

Director of nursing and the assistant Director of nursing are the most unprofessional and unfriendly people! They speak to their staff poorly and with very little respect. Would not recommend this place!

The need to go in and get an entirely new management team! They treat their employees awful! Most days there is only 2 nurses for the entire building. I have seen staff there 14-16 hours days since they are so under staffed. I have also overheard the director of nursing speak to her staff in very demeaning ways! Corporate management needs to go in there and talk to their staff.

I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The care they provided for my mom was terrible. She lost about 40 lbs in about 4 weeks, they weren’t hydrating her so needless to say she ended up in the emergency room and was severely malnourished (doctors words). She has dementia, so doesn’t really know what’s going on most of the time. The staff stopped giving her blood pressure and heart medicine because my mom said she didn’t want to take them. My mother is in Mill Creek. We chose it because it's 24/7 care. They have bingo; visitors who come in to play the piano, play guitar, and sing; and arts and crafts. The staff members are very nice and helpful. I'm very impressed with them. You ask questions, and they're right there to answer them.
