I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My sister placed mom in the Milner Community Health Care Center. We looked it up online, and it was ranked 4.9 over 5 in caregiving, and we thought that looked pretty good. They had a lot of activities for her to do, and she gets out of quarantine on Thursday, and she'll get a roommate. They have FaceTime, all the TVs in the rooms have where you could call the nursing home, and they will hook her up to the TV, and we can actually FaceTime her and talk to her.
