They've been great. My only wish was if they had more of a welcome crew the day of move in. And a list of people to contact when you have questions. My mom didn't know she was supposed to sit at a certain table to that caused a few problems, which could have been avoided if I was told ahead of time. I did end up getting a list of people once I requested it. Otherwise they've done good with her. She can be a tough patient.

Mira Vie at Brick charged a convenience fee for use of a credit card for payment of which we were not informed, or we would have paid by check. Nor does it appear anywhere in the 26-page contract we signed. As a matter of fact, it states that the "Total Amount Due" is $[removed]for a 30-day stay within the contract and they charged $[removed], a $[removed]increase. We got nowhere with attempts to receive a refund for this charge. Once our loved one was discharged, the Administrator never returned calls nor emails a…

The facility is very clean and well maintained. It seems that they update regularly to keep things fresh and clean. We noticed while touring the facility, there was a lot of activity! Many residents and staff members were moving about engaging one another! We were greeted by many residents who seemed to be very happy and active! The tour was very informative and seeing what MiraVie has to offer was very educational to me being that it was my first tour of an assisted living , memory care facility.I was impressed to see it was clean and nicely appointed.
