Very nice feeling walking through the facility. Felt very comfortable. Nice to see the staff interacting with the patients.

I met with [name removed] who was very welcoming and knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. [name removed] was gracious as I missed out appointed time and had time for me to visit later in the day. The facility was very nice and still considering it as an option down the road.

Extremely over priced run down facilty

I am sorry to say at this point clear steer away from this facility-It has gone so far south in the last year and a half. It’s hard to describe how little they care about the people who live there. The management company Distinctive Living, director, J[name removed]and the [name removed] lawyer could not be LESS empathetic, compassionate and concerned. The staff is very warm; the meals are wonderful. I do think it was not a great fit for my Dad, who really needed more intensive medical care than the staff was used to providing. The staff here is wonderful. This would be a good fit for a senior who's reasonably healthy and enjoys a warm, cozy environment with gentle activities, good food, and a bit of peace and quiet.

Room for improvement would be acceptable.

The housekeeping was abysmal. I cleaned the room and bathroom when I visited. Some of the aides were positively lovely but there were a few that were cruel and unhelpful. The front desk staff during the day were pleasant and helpful. [name removed] (a nurse) was excellent.

Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. My mother is very happy there. The facility is a little old. The new managers have said they intend to update it but the work has been slow to start.
