PositiveThey treated my mom like a family member, the staff was amazing. The have an open door policy, i visited several times a week the staff always welcomed me and the place was always spotless. My mother has since passed she had advance dementia but the staff spent a lot of one on one time with her, she did not sit around like a vegetable. If needed there was access to transport of all types, if i did not know it they did. I could not have provided the type of in come care they gave her. I would recommend Moonstone to …
