Positive[name removed] took us on tour of facility and expertly answered our many questions. Beautiful facility. Units are very spacious - especially liked the kitchen area, even though no stove ( of course.) more than just a tiny counter space. clean and fresh smelling! Very important.

Staff seemed really friendly. Rooms and overall facility was very clean. A lot of activities are made available. My friend enjoyed the food. The only complaint that kept them from a 5 star was they let his fingernails get long and break without trimming them. He said he had asked them about doing it and they said when they get time. But never came around to do it.

[Name Removed] in the marketing department is a gem. She really connected with my dad. All of the employees learned his name in just a few days, and say hi and smile every time they see him. I'm sure they are fine for most people. He just has an interest in a few of the activities, but doesn't make an effort to take part in many of them, hopefully that will change over time. He did go to the ice cream social and said the room was too small for the number of people who showed up.

The food was always delicious and my mom loved all the activities, they made her last 5 months of life wonderful. She would always tell me she was so happy. I hope you find this helpful.
