CriticalNurses don't respond to call buttons for residents, resulting in lost medication, particularly pain medication. Despite being instructed to remain in her room, she was able to retrieve her walker and exit. She witnessed several concerning incidents.

PositiveMy grandmother moved in at Morningview Village Senior Community. They have done a few things that are kind of questionable, specifically like saying they would transport her to doctor's appointments as long as they were on Tuesdays, and then they told me if they have to take her and walk her in, it's $20 an hour and we have to be there. I told them that they didn't put that in any of their paperwork. I asked them to show me where I signed for that. They said it's technically not in the paperwork…

They approached my mother and made conversation with her, and were very welcoming. It was very clean, very bright, and had appealing decorations. PositiveMy brother has moved into Morningview Village. It's nice, it's beautiful, and everybody's very nice. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks, games, and things for everybody to do. Everybody's very friendly. Breakfast is 7:30 to 9:00, lunch is 11:30 to 1:00 and dinner is 4:30 to 6:00. Value for money is good. He's doing OK there. They do bingo as well.
