CriticalGreatly improved
My mom has been in the Rehab side of Morrell's, not the Permanent Care side. She was treated well, but I feel some of the facilities should be updated, especially the beds. I think the staff should be a little more attentive to each resident. It usually took quite a while for someone to get her if she needed them, longer than I think it should've been.
