My mom is presently in Mosser Nursing Home. There are several reasons why we chose this place. The hospital provided a list of places, and this was the closest to our home to see where she lives. It also had one of the higher recommendations. Moving in was great. They were very helpful there. I had a nice long sit-down with the administrator who explained all the processes. We chose Mosser Nursing Home for mom because it's convenient for our family to get to. It's within ten miles of most of her family. We have had relatives in our family that have been there, so we felt comfortable and familiar with it. She is in skilled nursing care. The staff is very caring and very patient. My mother is in Mosser Nursing Home. It's clean. It does not smell like urine or poop. She has been there for three months now. Any emails I send, they respond right away or they call me. They're very good at getting back to me. And if I talk to my mother and something does not sound right, I check with the caseworker or the nurse, and then they get back to me to clarify it.
