★★★★★
CriticalIt has the potential to be higher because of its location to the medical and hospital. The main problem is staffing . I don't know if they can't find people or they can't keep them, which effects the quality of services they provide and the quality of the apartments.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are wonderful people, working hard to make [name removed] welcome and improving. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveMountain Glen is a nice facility. It is a clean and safe facility. It Serves 3 meals a day, has housekeeping, exercise room, classes and etc. The staff and residents are friendly. It has outdoor areas for the residents to enjoy. It has a good selection of apartment sizes. Mountain Glen would be great for apartment living and is a great location with it being close to doctors and hospital.
★★★★★
PositiveVery pleasant staff. Vibrant and active residents. Outstanding gourmet dining facility. Well taken care of and clean facility. No charging ports for electric vehicles.
★★★★★
PositiveThe food is very good, and the staff is welcoming and informative. They also take the time to know the residents by name.
★★★★★
Criticalmy experience with Mountain Glenn was very negative in a 2 week period of time, my sweetheart fell at least five or six times there was no supervision or help. The food was not good. He was very unhappy there and then they said they can't take care of him after two weeks and before he was ever accepted they came out and visited with him. They gave him an assessment. They said he would do great in their facility and it proved to be the total opposite, I would never recommend mountain glen.
