My mom and dad have been at this facility for a little over a month now. It has been an adjustment to learn how things work but the staff have been most helpful and answered all of our questions. Recently, finding placement for my mom was smooth and very professional. I worked closely with the Marketing and Sales Director where she consistently goes above and beyond her job description to accommodate and ensure that my mom is getting the proper care and attention that is needed at this time. The staff here at Navion is taking the best care of my family member there. I come at different times of the day and evening they are ready and willing to solve or take care of situation that arises.
