Staff is helpful, courteous and kind. The care has been excellent to my knowledge. There seems to be some daily activities that include my Mom. Very clean. Nice size room.

5 on ALL of them, they are great! Can't believe such a place exists that is so caring! However, what we like the most about the community is the longevity of staff over a period of YEARS. Director, [name removed]. She is very responsible and responsive to issues.

My mother was at the facility for 2 weeks. It was not a good fit. It is a nice facility and most of the staff were kind. However, the director was very rude and condescending when I told her I would be moving my mom. She then took it upon herself to disparage us. I still don't have my refund from the days she told us we would be refunded. My calls and emails remain unanswered.

They are able to keep key staff for long several years, ability to communicate with the director when needs arise, their coordination with patient's doctor for appointments, food is very good. When I have expressed a need it is acted on quickly. My client is happy there!
