CriticalMy father is in New Lebanon Center. His room is old. The building has been there a long time, but it's clean. Most of the staff members there are caring, but not all of them. The food is bland and tasteless; it was hardly appetizing. Their facilities are also clean. They also provide laundry services and medication. I also know they have physical therapy like other places, although I'm not sure how effective their therapy is because my dad didnt progress. There's a TV in his room, but it's old,…

PositiveNew Lebanon Center is very small and intimate. They have two nurses per patient just about all the time, while other senior places have two nurses for a whole floor. They provide better care. Every day they have exercises, singing, painting, quiet and reading time, they also have music concerts once a month. They have birthday parties for anyone who was born in that month. It's a lovely place. They also have lots of therapies and they stay busy all day long. They give the residents enough for two to three peop…

There were some administrativ…

PositiveMy grandmother was placed in this nursing home and was treated with the best care. Everyone was very friendly and really cared about getting her back to her normal daily activities. She is home now and can do the activities she is used to before her fall. When/if the time comes I will deffinately place her at Harborside New Lebanon!
