Bad experience, do not recommend

I told the director and the nurses why I was removing my husband after 9 days and they took notes to hopefully educate the nursing assistants or whoever are in charge of patients. But from things I have heard from hospice and others that go to norbella Savage nothing has changed. My CNAs for In-Home Care have serviced many facilities and I have heard many a Horror Story. Resident-Focused Facility

NorBella Prior Lake has been great across the board. The facility has clearly focused on providing compassionate and kind care to their residents.

Positive Experience

We picked this community because of, proximity from my home, the size is smaller, and it really focuses on assisted living and memory care.

Needs Improvement

This particular facility is fairly new, it's a little over a year old. They're having staffing problems, probably like everyone else. It's a nice place; its pretty and its new, but it's going to be like all the others - except that it's pretty and new. Everyone has issues, so I'd say it's as best as it can be for the situation that you are currently in.

It is a nice facility and we are grateful that our loved one is here.

NorBella is well worth checking out as a home for your loved one.

It's a very clean place, and there's a very pleasant, friendly, family feel among the staff. I know that they're all working hard to provide a safe and good environment for my dad. Because it's a new facility, I'm curious to see how things will grow in terms of whether or not there will be a change in the care that's provided.
