CriticalMy family member was there for Physical therapy. OT and PT was great. Food was good and place was clean and updated. Nursing care was the worst. They would not clean her up, they were rude. She sat in a mess for many hours eve though I called many times to get her help. The aide are terrible, most were agency and RN didn't believe it was their job to do any patient care. I called Administration, they did nothing. I did get one Supervisor on the weekend who tried to help. I would not send my dog to this place.

CriticalWhy I am giving this rating. My sister did not receive the care she deserved at this facility. She had a trach that became dislodged. According to staff at the center, we were told she went without oxygen for 12 minutes resulting in her death. They were not sure if this happened sometime during the night or early morning, because she was not monitored and no one went in to check on her. WHY????? We were not informed by staff until the next day. Why was this allowed to happen, why did they wait so long to do anyt…
