Rooms average at best. 1. Halls smell like cigarette smoke. You don't need to have COPD and go here. 2. Average response time from the call button is 1 hour 3. My Aunt stayed at Northwest Health & Rehab for about a month. I didn't like very much about this facility. I thought that the staff seem overworked and stressed. When I went to visit my Aunt on one occasion one of the staff told me she was no longer there which really upset me. After about fifteen minutes they found her sitting in a common area. Then they changed my Aunt's room two times in one month. When I inquired why they told me that she would get along better with the lady in the new room. The r…

My Children and I visit with my aunt at this facility about 1 time a week. We have had a great experience with this place! My Aunt has been living here almost 3 years, and we have always felt very welcome there. They allow us to bring our dog in ( which always cheers up my aunt and other residents.)
