The room has been fully renovated and is bright and clean. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My father is very pleased with the food and the dining staff. So far, our experience has been really good. Response times to requests have been prompt, and the facility is clean, well-maintained, and cared for. My mom has given positive feedback about the staff and says they have treated her well. She is still adjusting to apartment living and having a smaller space, especially after living in a large home for 55 years. We found North Point Village for my brother. It was reasonably priced, we liked the staff, and it's close to everybody. The tour was fine. The staff was very nice and seemed very caring. I really liked it. It was very clean, and it looked good. They have a lot of activities.

We absolutely love the staff! Everyone there is very friendly and very kind to our mother. Our mom has never complained about a single employee. In fact, she raves about how good they are to her. We also believe that this is one of the nicest assisted-living places that we found in Spokane for the price we pay. The facilities are beautiful and they have tons of activities for the residents. I have heard the the dining staff is a bit slow and lately the tablemates have been complaining about the food and service. Room size is perfect for my mom. She has a 1 bd. I have participated in an exercise class, and a bingo. Both seemed great.
