The building is in need of major repairs and there is evidence of mold in the lower levels. Disgustingly dirty common areas. Infested with rats and insects. Maintenance requests go unanswered. The indoor pool has no water in it and hasn't been available in over six months. No one answers the phone in the office so if you have an emergency better be resourceful because no one cares and no one will respond.
