My mother was in a nursing home at North Chase (formerly Britthaven of Northchase) in Wilmington just a month ago. She just got out. She was there for rehab, but I was not happy at all with the nursing home. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. She won't go back there. The physical therapy people were amazing, but the nursing home part of it was not. The rooms needed repairs. She had to get three different beds before she got one that worked.
