PositiveWe went to Northshore Heights. There are a lot of nice things out there, but we just like this one the best. The care looked good or better than any other place. The facility was very nice. It was very pleasant. The rooms were a good size. There are several different sizes. You can get a very large room, or you can go with a very small room. I think there are only 60 or 66 people that they can handle.

PositiveMy mother has lived at Northshore Heights for one year and four months now, and I could not feel more comfortable with her care. NSH is not only a beautiful facility, but the heart of its staff fills up the facility with even more warmth. There have been times I have gone to visit mom and one of the staff is having a nice visit with her in the room, and it simply makes me feel good to know how much they care.
