Facility seems to be going downhill. Residents complain of poor food quality and decreased staff. It is almost impossible to get in touch with our family member. We call her cel phone which is uncharged (no one helps her with it), direct room phone just rings and rings, operator assisted dialing cuts off after 3 rings, and nurses station never relays message.

My partner is in NSPIRE Healthcare Plantation. She's been there before for therapy about a year ago. They remembered her even though she looks so different. They got the job done. It's changed hands. It is spotless, the food is good, the people are kind, and I'm just totally impressed. She's trying to get some therapy, but they haven't been able to sit her up or anything. Manercare has great food the kitchen staff has gone above and beyond to help me with my special needs there food is fresh and delicious the have the best macaroni and cheese and other favorites.
