PositiveThe administrators are so caring and go out of their way. When you call them, they always know the answers to what care has been given. They are all so caring and loving there. I wish I had placed my dad there to begin with (but my sister hadn't agreed with me originally). In addition, they did not do giant price increases like the last place did. I really appreciated the good care my dad got. They are an exceptional facility with employees that care!

PositiveMom was placed in Oak Creek. She was there for three months. They were accommodating. They let her keep her dignity as well as her freedom to move around the facility. PositiveThey really care about their residents. Many employees have worked there for decades. They are very caring and attend to specific needs of their residents. You do need to stay on top of them about certain hygiene issues. They do not raise rates based on care levels and include so many items in the price.

PositiveI was looking for a memory center for my grandfather and so I was looking through the different places. What was nice about Oak Creek was that they had a single cost for all of their care. It didn't have a bunch of the different tiers that you have to go through with memory care, so I would know what price it would be each month since I have to use my grandfather's funds that he had in his account for his care. CriticalThe guy who gave us the tour at Oak Creek was knowledgeable. There wasn't anything outstanding there. It was clean and everybody looked taken care of. They were in a small area doing some kind of activity with some people in wheelchairs. My father is not at that level yet, but everybody's at a different place in their travel with Alzheimer's dementia. I think it was fine for what was there. PositiveThis community is higher priced than others in the area. I had a friend that was in the community and she liked it here. I would recommend this community to others. The staff is very nice and they are doing a great job. your loved one will get plenty of attention. They have had a good plan to battle covid also.
