I visited Oak Park Place Baraboo, and I got my name on their list. It's close to my family, so they won't have to drive much farther than they do now. That seems to be the best for me at this point. It's very nice and very large. There are 79 apartments. They have a lot of amenities, a lot of people, and a lot of activities going on. The staff was very pleasant. The friendliness of the people that live here and the professionalism of the staff are what I like the most. The staff members are professional, and the people who live here are friendly. Oak Park Place Baraboo was nice. It had a balcony, and I liked that. They showed us everything. They also showed us where we are going to live. One thing we liked about it is that they have a fairly sizable place to put our stuff. The place was very clean and in good shape. The staff members were friendly and pleasant. Two meals are included.

We have been so happy with the staff, maintenance, and facilities since my mother moved to Oak Park about seven months ago. Her assisted living apartment was freshly painted and the flooring updated before she moved in. Whenever I have a question, the staff is incredibly quick to respond which is so appreciated. The facilities are beautiful and there are so many activities for the residents. It's a wonderful community and we are very lucky to have them in Baraboo.

Independent living, assisted living and memory care

My mom moved in to independent living at Oak Park Place in Baraboo in November of 2022. She made friends, enjoyed some activities such as happy hour, bingo and some religious activities. She had a fall in May of 2023 and was moved to assisted living. She became more reluctant to join in activities, but was encouraged by the staff to participate. I am truly happy she was at this facility because the staff was patient and very understanding of her condition. In August of 2023 she fell and was moved to memory care. Th…

Feeling safe while enjoying independence

I would give everything a 5 except meals/dining - giving that a 4. Both my parents and myself are very happy with Oak Park Place Baraboo!! They love happy hour every Friday night and the exercise classes. They are both in their mid-80s with one having mild dementia and they have nothing but positive comments. They wanted to remain in their home of 50 years. What started as a lot of apprehension immediately changed once they were in Oak Park Place less than a couple of weeks. It's not cheap, but well worth the peace…
