We have >10 years experience here. This was a very nice facility until the current executive director was hired. She immediately fired an amazing chef. Now they haven’t had decent food or a consistent chef/cook in 18 mos. Both activity directors quit. Residents are charged for employees who don’t exist. Over 20 employees have left under this director. 99% of the experienced, knowledgeable staff left. The night person sleeps on the job and brings alcohol into work. Many residents are unhappy and want to leave but…

Can’t keep employees! Employees being targeted. Housekeeping is not being done, mand aintenance is not being fixed or upgraded. Can’t ever speak to the executive director cause she’s never there. Several residents are looking for other places. Not a good place

PositiveNice Little Country Home Setting
Oak Woods Manor is a really nice, clean & since of calm homey feeling when you enter. Everyone is very friendly & inviting. They have some entertainment things for the residents to do. A little repetitive. Wish there were more on the weekend. Food is fantastic! My mom has dementia, I wish they would give her more reminders about things.
