the Oaks Of Braselton is a beautiful facility. The people that are very nice. They're taking very good care of my dad. His room is wonderful. He's got enough room for his recliner and two visiting chairs. Chester drawers his bed end table and a big TV. got a nice kitchenette with the refrigerator and a really roomy bathroom so far we've been very pleased with the facility itself and the car has been. The Oaks at Braselton was very nice. The tour was well done. The person who gave us the tour was very helpful. She gave me a lot of tips about what to look for and what kinds of things we would need to do. She was exceptionally good. It was well-maintained, and it was appropriate for what we were looking for. The accommodation was very nice. They have studio and one-bedroom apartments. They were having a special dessert, and the person was playing live music in the common area, so that activity was very nice.

The in-home assessment is great, other places wanted us to come to their facility for them to assess prospective residents. The food is good and he does not complain about it but portions are a bit small if you go eat with them. Memory care staff do a good job but sometimes do not remember to do special things that you ask them to do. Probably is best to leave notes for staff if something special needs to be done. Cleanliness is great, no odors as you go through the facility.

We have been pleased with the care mother has received at Oaks Braselton. [name removed] is wonderful. She did an excellent job orienting us to the procedures of getting mother settled in. She is available for questions and takes care of whatever needs we have. The staff in memory care work hard to keep her comfortable and safe.
