PositiveWe liked the Oaks, and are actually making the final decision to put my mother there. The residents all seemed happy and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and joyful!. Alan has answered all of our questions and kept in touch through the entire process. The facilities were very clean. I thought I smelled cigarette smoke in one of the private rooms, but I realize that can’t always be controlled!

The Oaks Pooler is working out very well for us. We chose them because they were more willing to work with us on pricing and plans than any of the other facilities. My family is very familiar with this facility as our mother was also a resident there for years. It is so clean and organized. The staff is very nice and my brother is doing very well there.
