Comfortable community

We toured the facility. We felt comfortable and signed up for an apartment. We have lived here since July. The residents are very nice. This place makes it like a big community. The place is always clean. The staff is always helpful. I enjoy the activities and the amenities available are great.

Noisy

The upstairs neighbor was very very noisy. Put in a formal complaint and nothing was done about it. She was never talked to. Both faucets were leaking, told manager who put in a maintenance order and that was in early September, never fixed. Internet is a complete joke. I could never stream any apps to watch movies. It would always buffer and shut down. Terrible. The weekly housekeeping was a joke too. The worst housekeeping if seen. Never picked up anything to clean under it. Vacuuming, whipping off countertops.

I have Been a mover for 5 years and I’ve never had such a great experience moving someone in this location. Big thank you to all of the staff for helping get new residents moved in!

We toured Oakwood Hills, A Sky Active Living Community. They had an available apartment, and so my mother signed a lease with them. I liked the common areas. I thought they were all very nice. They had transportation and the three meals. The staff was very nice and very friendly. She knew all the residents. The dining area was nice. The facility was very nice. The residents all seemed very happy and active.

This independent living place is very nice. We are just starting the process. This place seems to be a place would meet our needs.

We visited the independent living community of Oakwood Hills, A Sky Active Living Community in Eau Claire, and I liked it very much. They had rooms with outside doors, so I could let the dog out. It was superb. The staff was very nice and very informative. They gave us a voucher to have lunch there with them one day, but we haven't made it.
