PositiveWe are all impressed with the staff. [name removed]the marketing director and [name removed] the activities director have been especially helpful and accommodating. His apartment is small but he likes it, residents are friendly. There doesn't seem to be a lot of participation in meals or some activities but my dad is happy with the food. The transportation is very convenient and sufficient, they have been willing to accommodate him and also very friendly. Overall we are extremely pleased. We feel it's a good value …

CriticalThey are higher pressure sales and that bothered me a lot and what my husband tols me about the same experience it irritated me.The tour was great though.

CriticalI have moved into Olympus Living of Spokane Valley. The food is terrible though. It's just awful. The facility itself looks nice, but it's not nice. They have their own little activities, and what they do have is just dumb stuff. I have a two-room apartment. I clean it myself, so it's OK. Regarding their staff, I hardly ever see them. They have bingo, but they have no prize if you win. They go bowling, but it's not fun. None of the activities are fun. I think the cost is too much of what you get…
