I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The rooms are fine and easy to get around even in a wheelchair. My mom does not have a problem. The food is good and staff is caring. They have activities for their residents like play bingo,scrabble, exercise time,and uno. You could get some fresh air and some sun if you choose. The staff makes you feel comfortable and caring so this is the place to be in. Great job to all staff and management and I especially don't have to worry about mom I know she's being taking care of.

Mom is at Elite ALF at Cape Coral. I chose it because of the staff and the price. They're extremely helpful and caring. They have activities. They have bingo, they take them shopping, and they bring in communion for the residents. There's a salon, movies, and they'll do their nails too. There's churches, hospitals, and restaurants nearby.

Elite ALF at Cape Coral was a step up compared to the other place I toured. The dining area was great. They had a great courtyard, a great atmosphere, and great staff. They had a beauty/barber shop and a podiatrist, and they took the residents on trips and outings quite often. The staff just went above and beyond as far as reaching out to me, calling me back, following up, and making herself available. She was knowledgeable and comfortable with what she did. Our tour at The Opal at Cape Coral was excellent. Rachel was extremely informative, helpful, and very polite. She gave us all the information that we needed to make a decision. The room was OK, but it kind of reminded me of a hospital room with the bathroom located inside. It was OK. I was really happy with the staff and the common areas. This facility offers a very clean, caring environment for your loved in either assisted living or memory care. Don't let the outside facade fool you. The new Executive Director prides herself in requiring a team environment amongst the staff. She follows thru and communicates very effectively with families. The rooms are large and are being renovated. All of the staff that I encountered were always very helpful and did what needed to be done in a very living manner.

I toured the facility for my parents. The staff was nice and helpful. There was just a hurricane in Fort Myers, so they did have some structural damage. They didn't have as many activities, and I didn't like the place as much. It's an older place. There's a courtyard and a dining area. They didn't have a gym.
