CriticalFood is no more than slop. They don't care about residents who have gone out for an appt. I went to one this morning. My appt ended at 2:30. It is now past 4pm and I'm still waiting for transport back. I called numerous times. At 4pm the nurse told me another 1/2. We'll see. Mewhile I have not had lunch and no pain meds since this am before I left. Yeah so don't believe the hype that they care.

PositiveI can’t say enough about the staff at Orange City Rehab/Nursing Home. Everyone treated my husband with kindness & respect. I’m forever grateful & thankful to them for their patience & professionalism. It’s a clean environment. For fear of of omitting a name, I just want to say thank you to EVERYONE. God bless each and everyone of you. Gerri & Ron S.

CriticalDO NOT place your loved one in this facility. I was moved there from the hospital and it was 3 days later before I was evaluated or even talked to. My roommate and her…

CriticalDuring Covid is the hardest time. They allow window visits but take along time to answer phone and open blinds. My uncle needs help and we were on the outside and could not help him. He needed tissues. Not sure how often they check in him. We were outside the window for 1 1/2 and no one came in. Some days are ok. People are here because they are sick and need attention. No one wants to be a burden. I have questions and no one picks up phone to answer or help out. It’s sad for patients like my uncle. He feels isolat…
