We will be transferring my mom to Orchard Hills Assisted Living. We are choosing it because we ran into people that said it was very good. We were able to look at the rooms and the rooms seemed nice for her. The staff greeted us when we got there. One of the staff people remembered my mom from the nursing home she was at, so she was very friendly and very nice. It was Veterans Day and they had a veterans program going on. Our experience with Orchard Hills was great. The employees are great, they're good and they've been really good to my mother-in-law. We can't go inside, but we did glass visits and they've been really accommodating. Whenever we call with a question, they always answer it. We had a care conference yesterday via the phone, and they were really good at answering all the questions. Sometimes we call to inquire how she's doing and stuff, it takes them a little while to get back to us with the up…

I was in rehab at Dove West after knee replacement. I found it to be wonderful. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and I never had to wait for help. The rehab was tough but I am still going there for PT. I really have no complaints at all except the food could have been a little better. Overall I would recommend them!

My mother was a resident in the Reflections wing (hospice) of Dove Healthcare West for six months during 2016. As my mother’s health declined she was unable to do many of the things at home that she used to do, and not being able to do those things was a constant reminder for her of the losses she was experiencing in her decline. My grandmother was admitted to the Dove center wing for assisted living as it was the most reasonable for her insurance. The assisted living center was in my mind not what I would consider as a very good place for assisted living. My grandmother was constantly complaining about not getting the attention or assistance she needed.
