I can confidently say previous admin were also 5, but haven't gotten to know the new admin enough since they started to give a fair assessment. Activities n/a bc my dad is not interested in participating regardless of offerings, so I don't really have an opinion beyond acknowledging they do have plenty of options.

Rooms are nice. Hallways are clean. Courtyard is very nice. Food quality is very poor and staff is non-responsive to concerns about nutritional concerns. Very good on-site physical therapy and Nurse Practitioner is excellent.

The level of direct care and caring is very high. While they do have a full house currently they do make concerted efforts across all residents to ensure safety, comfort, and contentedness.
