Mother is in good hands

The level of direct care and caring is very high. While they do have a full house currently they do make concerted efforts across all residents to ensure safety, comfort, and contentedness.

I was very impressed with activities offered and the welcoming attitude toward family involvement with the residents. [name removed] called every resident by name as we passed them in the hallways or common areas- she treats them like family. Facility is light and sunny with well appointed courtyards and comfortable sitting areas for visitors.

Mom is in the memory care wing. I looked at several and it was by far the nicest and most spacious, including both the rooms and the common areas. I especially like that they have a lovely outdoor patio that is both beautiful and secure. It is clean and quite pleasant with plenty of room to walk a nice "loop" around the unit. Orchard Park Review

They place is REALLY nice and clean. The people are great with my mother (and she's a handful!) Easy for her friends to come and see her. She has her own room and it is big. She shares a bathroom with one other lady and goes to activities that they have on the assisted living side besides on her side in memory care. They will come get her to take her to assisted living. She is considered "high functioning " alzheimer's. Over all very very happy.
