CriticalRooms are small, no decent size nightstand for tissues, pictures ect. As soon as you hit the memory unit, it smells like urine most of the time. Staff is not attentive. My mom has a bad back, it's been broken twice, so sitting in a transport wheelchair is uncomfortable. But since she has Alzheimer's, staff tends to ignore complaints. I can not believe the great care they gave to my mother, They were always attentive, made sure all her needs were met and would even go in and chat with her because she was not able to move on her own.
